What is a DeltaLight ZB Box and how to use it?

To be more precise, you can use the ZB Box for recessing spotlight into following kinds of ceilings and walls: tiled ceiling or wall, Stucanet ceiling or wall, concrete + plaster, concrete beam and block + plaster, prefabricated concrete plate + plaster and brick + plaster. The ZB Boxes are designed for trimless recessing of DeltaLight Grid In and Mini Grid In fixtures.
3 types of ZB Boxes
The DeltaLight ZB Boxes are divided into three categories according to the shape and type of spotlight they’re used for. Type 1 for square recessed fixtures, type 2 for rectangular recessed fixtures and type 3 for wall fixtures.
How to install a ZB Box?
Outline the exact dimensions on your wall or ceiling and saw out the recessed hole.
Attach two wood slats to the sides of the ZB Box to keep it in its place in the ceiling. Foresee a space equal to the thickness of the ceiling when attaching the wood slats. This way the Box will be at the same level as your ceiling.
Put the ZB Box in the recessed hole and screw it tight on the spot where the wood slats are.
Finish off with plastering and a lick of paint.
Mount your DeltaLight fixture into the ZB Box.
