Muuto was founded in 2006 by Peter Bonnen and Kristian Byrge. The name Muuto was not chosen by chance. A quick glance in the dictionary tells us that “muutos” is Finnish for “new perspective”. This clearly sets out Muuto’s objective: new perspectives on Scandinavian design. And the company succeeds with flying colours. Despite its young age, Muuto is already very well-known for providing fresh, lively designs at affordable prices.
Surprisingly practical and beautiful
