Frama has its roots in Copenhagen, Denmark. The brand was founded in 2011 by Niels Stroyer Christophersen, a visual artist and designer. The inspiration for Frama came from Christophersen's desire to go back to basics, to create products with simplicity, natural materials and honest expression.
This led to a design aesthetic that highlights the simple beauty of everyday objects, and a brand known today for its timeless designs and sustainable products. This Scandinavian design philosophy therefore shows in their designs such as the 90° wall lamp and E27 table lamp. Furniture, lighting, interior accessories and gifts, they have it all.
