Flos Button Wall light Opal

The Flos Button is a wall/ceiling light with a very simple design, but with the necessary abilities to surprise anyway. For example, the Button is made of polycarbonate. This material not only causes a gentle, diffused light, but it also makes the lamp resistant for all types of weather. With its IP-value of 44, this Button can perfectly be used outdoors. The Button family The Button was designed in 2004 by Piero Lissoni, who has already designed quite a lot architectural lighting for Flos. Together with this version of the Button, he also created the Button HL, which works with halogen lamps and the Button Mini, a smaller version. This particular ‘normal’ version comes in two varieties. The first one is completely opaque, the other one shines an indirect blue light from behind. Combine The Flos Button is a lamp which comes really to itself, when it’s used in multiplicity. Align several Buttons for a stylish effect or combine them in a whimsical way (and even throw some Mini’s in) for a playful look. Technical details This Flos Button uses two round fluorescent lamps as light sources. Both light sockets are 2gx13. For the first one Flos advises a lamp of maximum 22W, the second one can bear up to 40W. These lamps are not included. The size of this Button is 410 x 80mm (W x H).
