We do not advise to place the transformer in the concrete drillholes.
When installed properly, the heat is deflected through drains which are situated in the screed on top of your ceiling.
Sometimes there are also holes in the concrete of the slabs in which you can put the transformers.
Mostly, remote wire wrapped transformers are used.
If this isn't possible, you can always replace this lamp's socket with a GU10 socket: AB 16900
In this case, you don't need a transformer.
