The beginning: a basement in Sevenoaks
The start of this lighting company takes us back to the year 1997. John Fearon and James Bassant, two British buddies, decided to chase their childhood dream, they founded Astro in the basement of a house in Sevenoaks. Their main motivation was their shared passion for British light design.
More than twenty years later, their tiny company has grown to be an international player on the lighting market, without betraying their philosophy.
