Superb Design The Tolomeo Micro is one of the most recognized designed lamps for the Tolomeo line and the Artemide brand. Looking through it, one can immediately be fascinated by the kind of design, research, and engineering put into it. We all have the likes of Michele de Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina to thank for. De Lucchi is the man behind various apartments in Japan and banks in Germany, as well as commissioned works on door pulls in Colombo and even Pelikan’s tape dispensers. The Micro received the 1989 Compasso d’Oro Award. Flexibility and Function The Tolomeo Micro can be oriented as a wall lamp or a table, giving the owners more flexibility according to their lighting needs and the amount of space they have at home.
