Question: Are these spotlights moisture proof enough to use in the bathroom?
Answer:  This fixture has an IP rating of 44, which means it can certainly be used in a bathroom.
Question: I'd like to know if it's necessary to buy the fixture with lamp? Because there's no LED suggested and I'd like to use LED.
Answer: 

This is just a fixture with socket, the lamp needs to be ordered separately.
