Stylish appearance The Calabash™ is a genuinely high-quality Scandinavian-style pendant, designed in 2011 by design studio Komplot Design. The design of this stylish pendant lamp has been thought out in great detail, as evident from the splendid choice of materials and the perfectly finished shape. The aluminium lampshade with its chrome coating creates an impressively dazzling effect and gives the Calabash™ a warm look. The entire structure is a harmonious pendant that is both beautiful by itself as well as in clusters. Form follows function Komplot Design’s motto is ‘form follows function’ and the Calabash™ is certainly no exception to this rule. It is not just a beautiful light, but one which is also extremely functional. The narrower top of the lampshade conceals the fitting and the wider bottom creates a special light distribution. It is also dimmable, which makes it even more user-friendly. The Calabash™ is available in four colours with a chrome finish: black, red, silver and gold. There are also two possible suspension lengths: 3000 mm and 6000 mm.
