Recently, DeltaLight has introduced a system of Selective Distribution. For customers, this has 2 main limitations:

Commercial partners (such as dmLights) can only distribute Commercial* Products and no Professional* Products.

Commercial partners based in the European Economic Area (such as dmLights) cannot deliver DeltaLight products to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA*).
* Commercial and Professional Products:
DeltaLight has divided their product range into 2 main categories: Commercial Products and Professional Products. Professional Products are products of which DeltaLight believes an end-customer cannot install without consulting an electrician or similar professional. Mostly, these are products that require an external transformer, power supply or electronic gear. These Professional Products can only be obtained through electricians and other professionals recognized by DeltaLight, and no longer through commercial retail outlets or online shops.
