Flos Taraxacum
Flos Taraxacum is ceiling/wall lamp or suspension fixture design by Achille Castiglioni. Taraxacum takes her name and shape from the dandelion. Taraxacum is an impressive design, and works best in large spaces.
Several versions of Taxaracum are available. Taraxacum 1 & 2 uses the typical cocoon material of Flos to provide diffused lighting. The other models have no diffuser, but a multitude of light bulbs to provide direct and reflected light.
The suspension Taraxacum has 120 or 60 light bulbs, the wall/ceiling Taraxacum has 15 light bulbs. Flos Taxaracum is perfect as a decorative lighting in places that require a lot of light, like entrance halls, meeting places or conference rooms.
